Methylchavicol present intarragon essential oil between 65 and 86% has stomachic properties, that is to say it promotes the proper functioning of the stomach. This will reduce pain or cramps that may occur in this organ. This molecule increases salivary, gastric, intestinal and pancreatic digestive secretions. It therefore allows the breakdown of food into nutrients, which prevents food from accumulating in the digestive system; this last function prevents the appearance of possible parasites in this organ.
Methylchavicol will prevent the possible fermentation of stagnant waste in the intestines by attacking the bacteria or germs in the intestine that are responsible.
This super molecule will also act as a neuromuscular antispasmodic. It will therefore intervene on the smooth muscles (muscles contracting independently of will, in this case the muscles surrounding the organs of the digestive system) to limit the abdominal pain that may occur during constipation.
Thanks to its laxative activity induced by limonene, a monoterpene, bergamot essential oil accelerates intestinal transit by softening the stools, greatly facilitating their evacuation.
This essential oil also contains linalool and monoterpene esters with spasmolytic properties which will help Tarragon essential oil to reduce abdominal pain.
Linalool is also anxiolytic: it regulates mood, reduces blood pressure, soothes and relaxes in cases of stress. This is therefore an undeniable asset when we know that most states of constipation are due to stress! This relaxation will also make it easier to evacuate stools.
L'coriander Seeds essential oil has digestive properties: it is notably carminative, that is to say it helps with the expulsion of intestinal gas, this promotes digestion and inhibits bloating that can occur during constipation.
It also allows good drainage of the liver, kidneys and intestines; by cleaning these organs, it will rebalance the digestive system before the next meal.
L'ginger essential oil will be of great help for digestion, in fact 70% of its molecules are sesquiterpenes and monoterpenes which are involved in the tonic action on the digestive system by promoting intestinal peristalsis. Peristalsis is the set of contractions of smooth muscles which allow the food bolus to progress from upstream to downstream in the intestines. Promoting peristalsis therefore makes it possible to avoid stagnation of food in the intestine and therefore helps to relieve constipation.
More specifically, zingiberene (sesquiterpene) has a microstimulation effect on the digestive glands at the gastric and intestinal levels. This property associated with intestinal motility strengthens digestive capacity.
Terpenyl acetate, an ester present between 30 and 40% incardamom essential oil, has interesting carminative properties: it promotes the evacuation of intestinal gases by stimulating salivary and gastric secretions. This allows for better breakdown and assimilation of food. In addition, this ester promotes intestinal motility, that is to say it encourages the movement of the smooth muscles surrounding the intestine, which allows the transport of the food bolus from the upstream of the digestive system to the downstream to then be expelled in the form of stools.
On the other hand, by disrupting ionic exchanges at the level of muscarinic receptors intervening in particular on smooth muscles, terpenyl acetate has an antispasmodic activity which will calm abdominal pain linked to constipation.
Composed between 65 and 80% limonene, a monoterpene famous for its tonic properties on the digestive tract, green Mandarin essential oil will complete the digestive tropism molecular pool of this mixture.
This compound is said to be carminative by increasing the secretion of bile by the liver (biological fluid allowing digestion, particularly that of lipids) and facilitating its release in the intestine.
Limonene will support the sesquiterpenes of Ginger essential oil to facilitate the expulsion of stools thanks to its laxative activity.
Some users are more fragile than others, which is why it is more often necessary to dilute essential oils in a vegetable oil before using them, in order to guarantee risk-free use. Thus, thecastor vegetable oil provides this security but also its own laxative properties. Castor vegetable oil indeed promotes digestion and intestinal transit, and will allow you to have a bowel movement much more easily, especially combined with the power of essential oils.
To allow the essential oils that make up this synergy to quickly reach the intestines, argan oil is the most suitable vehicle. Very penetrating, it will help the aromatic molecules of essential oils to pass the skin barrier in a few moments. It will also allow the active ingredients of essential oils to be diluted so as not to exceed the recommended doses, which is very important because, during pregnancy, you must be very careful!
