Yarrow hydrosol is not recommended for pregnant and lactating women as well as to babies under 3 years old.

Main properties

  • healing, hemostatic :

    yarrow hydrosol is anti-hemorrhagic, that is to say it will promote blood coagulation to stop bleeding. It will also accelerate the healing process of the skin to fade wounds.

  • circulatory :

    by stimulating venous and lymphatic circulation, Yarrow hydrosol helps fight against circulatory disorders, particularly those responsible for varicose veins, tired legs or hemorrhoids.

  • diuretic :

    yarrow hydrosol is diuretic and drains the urinary tract, it thus helps avoid water retention and therefore promotes the elimination of cellulite.

  • hormonal rebalancing :

    women's hormonal disorders will be relieved with Yarrow. Indeed, it helps regulate heavy periods thanks to its anti-hemorrhagic property, but it also helps relieve premenstrual pain and calm the symptoms of menopause.

  • digestive :

    by increasing the volume of bile and via its spasmolytic action, Yarrow hydrosol is very good support in cases of difficult digestion.

  • soothing :

    skin that feels tight and causes a feeling of discomfort will be relieved thanks to Yarrow hydrosol. It soothes razor burn, itching and feelings of dryness.

  • skin rebalancing :

  • Orally, add 1 teaspoon of Yarrow hydrosol in a glass of water morning and evening.
  • Dermal, apply Yarrow hydrosol in compresses to painful areas, avoiding the eyes and their contours.

From 3 years. Add the following mixture to a lukewarm infusion, to be taken twice a day after meals:

  • 1 teaspoon of Yarrow hydrosol
  • 1 teaspoon of Lemon Verbena hydrosol.

  • Orally, add 1 teaspoon of Yarrow hydrosol in a glass of water in the morning the week before your period and/or during the week of your period.
  • Through the skin, make a sitz bath by adding 1 to 2 tablespoons of Yarrow hydrosol to a basin of water.

Use in synergy

For adults and teenagers. Orally, take 1 teaspoon of the mixture before each meal, 3 times a day for 10 days or more depending on progress.
