Well known in cooking, Noble Laurel is native to Asia but has gradually adapted to the Mediterranean climate. When it is distilled, Noble Laurel retains its powerful fragrance which is found in the essential oil and in the hydrosol. Beyond its smell, Noble Laurel hydrosol has many benefits, particularly on the digestive and oral levels. Antiseptic and analgesic, it helps relieve mouth ulcers, gingivitis, and sore throats in particular. Latin name: Laurus nobilis L. Distilled part: leaves
