Originally from Argentina, Lemon is one of the most used fruits in natural medicine. It comes from a small shrub sensitive to frost. Its leaves are leathery and its flowers are very fragrant. The essence is obtained by cold expression of the outer part of the fruit peel. We practice 2 harvests per year: one in summer for the fruit and one in winter for the juice and essential oil. It takes approximately 3,000 lemons to obtain 1L of essential oil (essence). This essence is the most consumed essential oil in the world.
